T level and apprenticeship

I am in 2nd year studying electrical engineering T level and struggling to find apprenticeship. What level apprenticeship do I need and where is the best place to find employees?

i'm assuming your t level is equivalent to 3 a levels so i think you would be able to apply to any degree (level 6) apprenticeships, you can always email companies about specific grade and entry requirements if you are unsure. what sort of areas are you looking in? are you still going for electrical engineering related? the government has an apprenticeship finding website but personally i found it best to look on company websites themselves to look for opportunities

Thanks, I am struggling to find apprenticeship. Would like to carry on with electrical eng. I am unsure if my grades would be enough for university entry requirements. Not sure what's next after my level 3 qualification?..

i mean i'm not familiar with t levels but you might be able to convert that to ucas points to see what options you would be able to go down. are you applying for september 2025? maybe try companies such as jlr, rolls royce, airbus, car places (most car companies do apprenticeships these days), dyson, etc

basically any big engineering companies google them and then put apprenticeship on the end and see what comes up is my recommendation. if you're unsure about entry requirements you can email them asking about your course and specific grades and if they don't get back to you you could always fill out the application anyway.

Thanks for suggestions. I will send cv and covering letters out and hope for the best

you usually have to fill out an actual application form and stuff for degree apprenticeships btw. sometimes includes answering questions about why you want to go there
