St Vincent's Place (Uni of Sheffield)

I'm looking at making Sheffield my firm choice for 2025 entry but am apprehensive on the accommodation - I want to live in the city accom largely because it's closer to the uni, but also because St Vincent's is seemingly a cheaper option. I haven't been able to view the accommodation at an open day (hoping it's open for the offer holder days) but from images and reviews online the rooms look tiny and I've read that it's 10 people per flat?

Might anyone who does/has lived there be able to confirm this or give some insight into life at St Vincent's? It looks like a lovely accommodation, but online reviews don't paint it in a great light

It's a great accommodation with a very modern kitchen and bathroom. The room gets really hot so bring a fan. The room has a lot of storage space but not much space for chilling.

The common area is very good for making new friends and the facilities are okay but not the best. The location is amazing as it's close to the high street and west street as well as the campus.

There's also not much storage in the kitchen for 10 people but it is a very spacious room.
