Arup Graduate scheme 2025
I applied for the graduate role of access and design inclusive at Arup but since the email saying my application has now passed onto the hiring teams I haven’t heard anything about the AC. Has anyone who has applied for the same role heard back from them??

I applied for another Graduate Role with Arup. What a company, I did some deep research.. I don't think I'll be getting into Arup lol

I haven't even received an email to do the online tests- I sent my application for the same role back at the beginning of October

I have emailed them twice now asking when we will find out if we have progressed to the next round and they just reply sayinh they are working on it

I got the email about getting passed to the local hiring teams on the 12th of Dec, then just today got the email that I’ve gotten through to the AC this afternoon. So hopefully they’re starting to get back to people

Hiya, I applied for this role and haven’t heard anything, other than the response after I did my online test early in December.
These responses are great as at least I know I’m not alone in not hearing anything!!!

I received a similar email in December that I passed the stage after completing my psychometric tests and my application will be reviewed by a hiring team. But a couple weeks back, I was congratulated for progressing onto the next stage, which is a further review, so I am a little confused there. Or does this mean I should probably start preparing for the AC and IV? I am a little stressed about the technical assessment, and need to get some studying done just for some peace of mind 😅

So in terms of stages between psychometric tests and AC I believe it’s usually:
1.
Email saying you’ve passed the tests
2.
Email saying your application has gone for further review
3.
Email saying your application has gone to the hiring teams
4.
Email saying your applications has been forwarded to the local hiring teams
5.
And finally if you’ve gotten through all the above invitation to AC
