Replacement Needed!!!

I’m urgently looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at Mansion Place, Nottingham NG1 1BG) starting this April. It’s a Prestige Studio with an bathroom/Toilet and kitchen area and a beautiful Sunroof. It has a large wardrobe and study table, chair, two-seater sofa, and a table.
The reception is very cooperative and helping.
