456 hours from now to May 5th, how?

I know some people will just tell me that this is what I'm gonna have to do when I get into a full time job and I understand that. It's just that I am trying to plan out my assignments and there is literally no time. I am planning for what I can reasonably do which is 5 hours of work a day. I have 4 free days a week with 4 separate core readings + 3 full days in class. I also have a ton of assignments to plan out which I do not have time for.

The 456 hours outside of classes they want me to do + class time = 600 hours. I know thats 40 hours a week. I know that's normal full time work. But, I am neurodivergent and I cannot work myself to the bone. I got depressed last month because of how much work I was doing, for my mental health I cannot overwork myself like that again.

I talked to the uni library service and even they thought that was a crazy amount. How am I supposed to do this?

What degree are you doing? And year?

As for the amount of reading, is this all core reading or does it include optional? Maybe look at resources that can help you to summarise the reading.

Dedicate at least one day a week to relaxation, I usually did this with a Friday & Saturday during A-levels.

I'd also advise speaking to your lecturers/professors, to see if they have any advice on how to manage the timetabling.
