English coursework help!

Am I allowed to have other people read my coursework and give ideas? My teacher doesn't give that much help, and I only have one round of marking left... Does it count as essentially a round of marking' to have someone else input? Or am I okay to ask others for their input? If it's allowed, would anybody mind taking a look? Just feel really stuck with how to progress, but my teacher isn't giving much assistance!
