Hiya,
Sorry I'm coming into this a little late!
I can't speak for other institutions, but here at Bath all of our School of Management degrees offer placement versions (including Accounting and Finance, Accounting and Management) and the year-long placements are typically paid. The salary will vary from company to company of course, but nevertheless it will be a big help towards your savings for the future as well as adding its weight in gold to your graduate CV.
