Year 11 Summer + Sixth form

Okay so I just wanted to know what are good programs to sign up for during the Year 11 summer, like the ones universities do (including but not limited to that) that I dont have to pay for.

Also good sixth forms in london, ones that not everyone knows about?
Hi, I am year 12 currently studying at Dulwich College. For your question, it all depends on which university you are aiming for and what you want to do in the future. But, I will assume that you are a straight 9 student and is aiming for oxford. In this case, you more or less want to go to known college, with good name value, such as Westminster, St. Pauls, Cardiff, Dulwich College, Highgate, etc. If you really want to go to an unknown sixth form, I believe there is some sort of City of London side branch international school around in south london you might want to look into. For activities, in year 11, pre-studying A level contents you will be doing is much more productive and better then doing some sort of job experience. You can do that or summer school during year 12 summer, and all summer schools cost around 20K to 60K for 2 weeks course so I doubt you will not be paying unless you are literally a student with unbelievable academic achievements. After all, most of my friends with 10 GCSE 9s are still paying for that so I really doubt that many people would be able to get it. So for that, I would apply to job experience, internship, or apprenticeship, since these will pay you or be free. Still, I do suggest that you study your A level choices during summer. You can call or email the sixth form you will study in and ask for exam boards and text book you will be studying in the following years, and they will happily tell you. Good luck with you GCSE.
