Can't get a reference
Hiya, i'm doing online school and applying through UCAS independently. My online school will provide UCAS references but I have been trying to get one since November and nothing. Barely any contact from my tutor, all he says is "i will work on it" and still nothing. I have tried many times to get into contact with them.
The deadline is in a week and now I'm getting worried that my application will not be able to get sent because of a reference. I have done everything else including the personal statement months ago. So I really am just waiting on a reference. Not quite sure what to do

go to your tutor and ask him face to face.

RING your 5 universities tomorrow and ask if they’ll accept an application without a reference.

As above, you can submit a UCAS application without a reference, and most Uni will allow you to get the reference organised later.
PHONE each of your Unis asap and ask if you can do this so that you don't miss the UCAS deadline (don't email, it'll take far too long to get a reply).
