Angry and stressed

I'm currently in year 13, and I'm doing some pretty easy a levels. Film studies, English literature and art. Yet, I feel angry and stressed all the time, especially when I can't force myself to do work. It's not that I'm angry at myself, I'm not sure what I'm angry at. It is probably a response to stress but the problem is that I can't relax because it occurs when I don't do work. I just want to calm down for a bit and also not feel guilty for being so angry and frustrated. Any advice for managing stress and pushing myself to do work when I don't want to? My coursework for English literature and art is due on Friday, so I'm really feeling the pressure

Hi! The things that help me the most are listening to music (especially rock and metal) and spending time with my friends. I don't know if they would help you, though. I think that you shouldn't work nonstop for hours. Because it IS very frustrating. You can do little breaks and do something you love during them. Thank you very much.
