Will an employer sponsor further education (i.e. a Masters degree) post apprentice?

Hi,

Looking at L6 Degree Apprenticeships from employers around me, specifically Airbus, Safran Landing Systems and Renishaw.

I wondered whether anyone could answer whether employers (not just mine specifically) have been known to sponsor masters degrees or postgrad certificates after completing the L6 course? How would this work?

some employers do but you have to like make a case as to why you would want to do that (ie how it benefits them). obviously it varies between employers and it is their decision as to whether they do sponsor you.
