I've been rejected - didn't get an email but I looked in the portal and there it was. Did get into RCA which is probably the better fit for me anyway, but still a bummer!

Congrats! I got rejected unfortunately. Could I maybe see your portfolio? I had literally nothing to compare mine to and I'm so curious what an accepted MA portfolio looks like! 🙂

Hi there! Just a quick question - if someone submitted for MA Fashion within round 2 (day before the final deadline), do you have any idea when they might hear back re an interview? It has been a month since I applied however I am aware the decision outcome is not until June 20th so that is still many weeks away, and that over the past 3 weeks there have been a few bank holidays and the Spring Term just picked back up recently.

Hi! I submitted my portfolio on April 9th, but I still haven’t heard anything back. I’m getting worried because it seems like people who got in usually hear about interviews within a month. I’m scared I might have been rejected :frown:

check the portal! if it says you havent been rejected under 'decision', then you havent been rejected! 🙂 i submitted on April 8th. I think they're just sifting through all the applications and will do interviews next month maybe/end of may. dont forget its still 6 weeks until june 20th when they said they would get back to us. stay positive!!!

Hi Anonymous #10, thanks for following up!
Totally understand how annoying the wait can be - especially when it's been a month with no word!
Since the official outcome date is 20th June, it is normal (despite being incredibly frustrating) to have not heard back yet as applications are still being reviewed. Sometimes interviews are scheduled quite close to that date as well, so in the meantime it is a case of waiting to see if anything comes through via email.
I do hope you hear back soon and wishing you all the best with the outcome.
