I received that email after completing the online assessment and before the online video interview.

It was just an email saying my application got shortlisted to be sent to the hiring manger and then they will decide on next steps i.e who gets the 1:1 interview.

Ahh okay but it doesn’t mean been selected for a 1:1 interview so they’re still yet to decide on whose getting selected
