A-level Resit Deadline - URGENT

So im stressing out. I'm going to be sitting my a-levels again at my school. I was meant to email my school for the exams entry form and payment form in January. I've emailed my school right now (23rd Jan) I completely forgot to email them in the beginning. I'm so scared that it would be too late and I won't be able to sit the exams. I'm panicking. Does anyone know the deadline? Are internal deadlines at schools different to the hard deadline centres need to send the exam entries to the exam boards?
