I did substrate preference of periwinkles. Obviously you can only do that in certain situations. I'd say from my small amount of experience to do something there is easy to access research on and that you will be able to spend a lit of time researching.

Im doing the effect of paracetamol concentration on the activity of catalase in chicken liver. My tacher gave the idea of 'the effect of a painkiller on an enzyme' and I just kind of filled it in with the painkiller beingparacetamol and the enzyme being catalase from the sparse things I found online.
