Hey there 😁

I’m in the same boat right now! 🚣*♂️ I totally get it. There are definitely stressful days. But whenever my stress spikes, I make sure to pause, relax, and remind myself how far I’ve come. You’re more than capable of completing this dissertation, so be kind to yourself and trust in your progress!

When it comes to writing, I have two strategies that help me manage stress:

1️⃣ Follow the marking rubric & guidelines 📖 - These are lifesavers when I’m unsure about what to include. Plus, they help prevent losing points over small things!

2️⃣ Create a writing plan with scheduled breaks ✍️ - I divide my writing into manageable daily tasks and schedule break days too. This keeps me feeling in control and reduces stress because I know I’ll finish on time while still having time to recharge - guilt-free! 🧘*♀️
