NTU - Best accommodation for chill vibes?

Hopefully going to NTU in september, I'm a sociable person but I don't want insane rowdiness in the place where I will cook and sleep, I know of course it's impossible for that to be 100% but what would the best accom be for that?

Been watching this myself to see whats been said with the booking for accommodation opening soon.

Honestly considering the Maltings, i already have an hour commute to and from work/college so the time investment isn't a big deal for me and i actually enjoy that time at the start and end of the day to focus/decompress. The cheaper rent means i can prioritise myself rather than the need to work and the free buss means I'll be saving money on transport costs when I am working. It's also close to the tram and I've found as a frequent visitor to Nottingham the trams are often busy but reliable and quick.

Downsides are it is really out of the city centre means you are not prioritising that night life, I'm also a mature student (I'll be 40 during my first year) and the lack of ensuite is still a huge concern.

I'm still taking in the options but right now the leading factor is cost and not needing to immediately source part time work and the ability to work ad hoc when it suits me as I'm at this point burnt out on my primary profession which is providing end of life care in a elder care facility specialising in dementias
