Withdrawing from open uni, after cooling off period but before module start

Hi, If I wanted to withdraw from a module/degree with open uni, just outside the 14 day registration cooling off period, but before the module started.

Do you think they would let me withdraw without being charged?

It seems to suggest this in their policies, but I just wondered if anyone had any knowledge or experience of this? I'm not sure if I'm correct.

Many thanks
