gcse appeal?

I got my Edexcel Igcse physics (November series) Results Yesterday..
I got a 84% on p1 (which is worth 110 marks I think) but they gave me 0% for p2 because I missed p2

However I applied for this thing called "special considerations" which were they give you your predicted grade if you miss and exam.
Looks like they didn't accept it

Should I appeal and request for a predicted grade because Im pretty sure I would've got a grade 9
If so How do I appeal??
Or should I just leave it and Resit in May??

What was the reason you missed Paper 2? There are some reasons they will accept and some reasons they won't. For example, they specifically exclude "Misreading the timetable and/or failing to attend at the right time and in the right place". (There are lots of other reasons they disallow - that's just an example.)

What grade were you awarded?

Unless the rules for Edexcel IGCSEs are different to the rules for Edexcel GCSEs (which they might be) they they don't use you "predicted grade if you miss and exam". You can read Estimating the missing mark when a candidate is absent from an examination if you want to understand the mechanics (warning: it's not a fun read!) . However, what they're essentially doing is looking to see how you mark in Paper 1 compared to the average (mean) mark in Paper 1 (in terms of standard deviations) across all candidates, and then applying that same standard deviation to the average (mean) mark for all candidate in Paper 2. So they're trying to use the Paper 2 mark for "candidates like you".

Misread the timetable. Looks like I have to resit. They gave me a Grade 4 almost 5
