Cambridge MPhil Education Applicants 2025

Wanted to create a thread for fellow MPhil applicants to discuss our progress!

I’ve applied for the Psychology and Education branch. I was moved to decision pending this week without an interview, hopefully this is a step in the right direction but I’m not sure if having an interview is normal so not celebrating just yet!

Submitted: 2nd December
Under review: 4th December
Decision Pending: 21st January

Submitted: October 16th (Gates deadline)
Accepted: January 8th

International Student from the US. I still have not heard anything about funding. No interview conducted and no previous academic or professional experience in education.

Nope nothing yet, apparently we could still be offered funding through to June so I’m not holding out much hope on hearing anything soon, but fingers crossed!

I am a Canadian-based applicant who applied by the December 3rd deadline, and my status is still "Submitted". Do any of you have the same status? Also, do international applicants receive admission offers later than UK-based applicants?
