What did everyone put in their methodology section of the NEA

Hi, for my Physical Geography NEA methodology I've written 4 paragraphs, 1 for each type of data collection, in which I explained how to do it, how it will be useful, how much data I'll collect and why I've used that sampling technique. I also included a diagram, some photos, calculations and a copy of my questionnaire. My teacher has told me to have a map right at the start of the methodology section to justify the location of the data collection (again, because I've already done that in the intro). I think the methodology section is the hardest part of the NEA, so don't worry about it too much because yours could be a lot better than some other people's, especially if you use prose (paragraphs instead of a table) and have a few different types of data collection.

I did a map and photo of the location, and a brief description of conditions when I collected the data. Then I did a table with the following headings:

1.

Data collected

2.

Qualitative/quantitative

3.

Method

4.

Justification (why did you do it this way)

5.

Advantages of the method

6.

Disadvantages of the method

7.

Sampling technique

8.

Ethical considerations

9.

Risk assessment

By doing a table you can make sure you haven't missed anything for each method. It's important to do things thoroughly on the methodology as it's a lot easier to drop marks on Area 3 so make sure area 2 is set to get full marks if possible.

Good luck!
