Which do you think is the best college in Oxford?

There isn’t really one. The academic league table might have a view, or student polls.

The 2 biggest deciders for me are 1) tutors in your subject at that college 2) if you like the college. If you like the tutors and share passions/areas of interest, you’ll get on better both at interview and at university. It’s very important to like where you will live and study for 3/4 years or longer.

The most surefire way to know your favourite is visit them all and see the vibe. Big vs small, central vs edges, accommodation, food etc. - all this varies a lot.

That being said I’m immensely biased towards Queen’s, New and St John’s.
