SFW : what's available

I would like to do a second degree in Psychology with Counselling, I have looked a several options, some being distance learning part time and then applying to do it at USW part time. I am wondering if it makes a difference to what funding is available whether I do it distance learning or in person? I am aware the tution fee is available via both with certain online universities and USW but does it make a difference to the grants/loans that may be available also?
