Has anyone heard back anything regarding department scholarships?

Finally heard back this afternoon with an acceptance!

congrats!! did they tell you anything about funding in your offer?

Has anyone heard about funding yet? I heard scholarship panels were meeting from yesterday onward.

Where did you hear this from, and is this for Clarendon or the Biology Dept scholarship? But if they only met yesterday, I suspect it will take some time before we are informed of the outcome, given how slow Oxford is with decisions lol.

I heard back this morning from my supervisors that I wasn’t awarded a scholarship, although I have been accepted onto the project. So it seems they have made funding decisions. Pretty crushing to get your hopes dashed but onto the next!

Thank you! I got accepted to a college yesterday but I don’t think that impacts funding right?

Do you know when will they inform us the result by email formally? My potential supervisor haven't given me any reply....

Did your supervisors inform you what specific scholarship this was for btw? I'm a bit confused if the departmental scholarships are distinct to clarendon.

Nope just departmental funding for ecology and conservation
