Land Economy Questions!! Y12

Hey Guys.

I am currently at a boarding school, and want to apply for land economy at Cambridge. I have a couple questions.

Firstly, my GCSE's were 9998888876 (resitting the 6 as I was ill). Are these good enough?

Secondly, what similar courses at top unis are there?

Thirdly, I am struggling to find super curricular/things to put on a personal statement, as the things I find are too closely econ related?? Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do??

Thank you guys.

Hey your GCSEs are fine just make sure to fill an extenuating circumstances form. As for the similar courses I applied for straight econ and econ and geo at LSE. I got an offer for land ec by talking about books in my ps, essay competitions ect but it was all very economics based as you get to do a separate mini personal statement - saq in the my cam application. There I talked about some books I had read in the recommended reading list and talked about what Im looking forward to doing in the courses ect.

If you're resitting the 6 to improve your application, just note that it's unlikely to make much difference, especially compared to the effort.
