ask your school like ASAP
uni advisor
whatever
if your school is useless
email (preferably call) the unis you applied and let them know
the sooner you do that the faster you can get assessed for a contextual offer. I'm not sure how that will work since you already sent your application, but I guess you can try?

Most Unis have a form for notifying them about any 'mitigating circumstances' (sometimes called 'extenuating circumstances') where your school can explain your circumstances and how this has impacted our studies. You would need to do this for each Uni. Example - Extenuating circumstances | Study at Bristol | University of Bristol
Some Unis will accept an emailed letter instead, but this needs to be on headed paper, signed, and must be sent from the school's email address, not yours.

This will not get you a lower grade offer - that is a 'contextual offer' for widening-participation purposes, and is totally different. If the Uni accepts your 'mit circs', this should get you 'extra consideration' - ie. possibly overlooking a lower GCSE profile, or possibly accepting lower grades in August. But - be aware that is not a guarantee of acceptance, and individual Unis will make their own decisions about the circumstances they will consider, and what this means on Results Day.

If you have already submitted your UCAS application, then you need to send the form/letter etc asap - get it all organised next week.
