Pip gave me no points and didn’t award me

Pip didn’t award me and gave me 0 points even though I can’t communicate to anyone (except family, but even then I’m not very good at communicating) and it limits what I’m able to do, I can’t go out on my own or do shopping on my own.
What do I do? They said I’m able to do everything

Hey! I'm sorry this happened. The PIP assessors are notoriously difficult to please, and require the paperwork to be filled out in a very specific way.

I would really recommend joining a support group for PIP applications - there's a few on Facebook and Reddit that are super helpful.

When answering the questions in your application you want to emphasise certain things:
The effect it has on your quality of life.
If you can do the task safely, reliably, and in a reasonable amount of time (if it takes you more than 150% of the time to do a task - if someone takes 10 minutes, but you take 15 minutes - then that counts as more than a reasonable amount of time).
And
If you need support to achieve the task (such as prompting, physical support, or emotional support).

For your next steps though, you are allowed a mandatory reconsideration (MR) and if that doesn't work, you're allowed to take it to Tribunal. So your next step is MR. The details of how to initiate this should be in the paperwork you received saying they weren't awarding you.

I'm happy to answer any other questions you have! I was awarded PIP on first application in 2019 and have been through 2 reviews.

do you have any diagnosis' such as autism that they aren't aware of? Also, maybe ask for them to assess you again

Ask for a mandatory reconsideration and book an appointment with the CAB they can help you handle it all effectively.
