Belfast Student Accommodation tenancy takeover

I have a studio at Little Patrick Street in Belfast which I am considering moving out of very soon, so I am looking for someone to take over. I do have this posted currently on SpareRoom as well which you can check out.

The studio (£185pw) will be available very soon up until 30th August 2025. You also have the option to rebook for next year and dual occupancy is available though must also be a student.

The studio I have the view is of the Cathedral which you can see from the window. Self-contained kitchen, bathroom and living space with double bed, underbed storage, desk, chair, and wardrobe included in the room. All bills are included and you also have access to amenities at Great Patrick Street.
