Ucas application for transfer help urgent

Hi, i have a few questions about what to write in my ucas application for a transfer to another university:
1. What would i write for module title (my foundation year hasnt finished it ends this year) so do i leave the module title blank? or include all 4 modules?
2. What would be the name of the foundation tear woukd it be: Aerospace Engineering with Foundation Year
3. Would the awarding organisation be SHU
4. Is there a buzzword for universities? or is this only for schools/colleges?
5. can i use the same personal satement as my previous ucas application eventhough i have made a knew ucas account

Hi, I would advise you to look at the uni transfer FAQ
To answer your questions:
1. Make sure all modules are listed, along with their score. The titles should be the titles of the modules
2. It should be Foundation Year of Aerospace Engineering. You can freely write by picking "Other (UK Qualification)".
3. If the full name isn't fitting then yes you can put that, given that the full name should be in main title anyway
4. Not usually no. You'd be applying independently, but the university (your personal tutor) will be your reference
5. Can you not access your old UCAS account? It would be much more easier if you used that. If not then yes, re-use is possible, but I would strongly recommend tweaking it to talk about additional things you've done over the past few months that are relevant to the subject.
