London Tenancy Takeover - Notting Hill, Studio Room

Hi Guys,

I'm currently living in a platinum studio room in Garrow House, a student accommodation in Notting Hill in London but I am potentially moving in feb/march so I am looking for someone to take over my room from april at the latest!

The final rent installment covers April - early September so the full last term and summer break. I can provide pictures and more if you are interested. The final installment is £6k overall so £300 a week roughly!

I need someone confirmed in the next few weeks ideally - eek!
