DNA -> mRNA -> tRNA.

So tRNA is the same as DNA, except with Uracil instead of Thymine (so the answer is A).

B corresponds to the other strand, not the template strand.

oh thank you so much I understand that now, the code for the template strand on DNA and tRNA should be the same expect without Uracil for DNA
