Pharmacy with foundation year

I sadly now scored 48 ucas points with 2 science subjects and sociology. Can anyone just recommend any university that would give me a offer for pharmacy with foundation years since I couldn't find any in ucas. I have already taken a gap year and working as heathcare assistant in care home and currently doing medication training
