Enrolment - Coventry uni london campus
I visited my coventry University on 20th Jan for enrolment.. i got my id card.. i was asked that ill be getting uni email username and pass on my email id. However i haven’t received any.. and as per my cas my start date is 27 jan which is tomorrow… I have no idea whats the timing.. i tried connecting live chat seems unavailable as always..

Hi there,
You can try visiting the student center during enrollment sessions next week and ask an ambassador to help you with your issue, they are open 8:30 - 3:30 usually.
If they are unable to advise you can try visiting the IT services in the Lancaster Library (from 9am weekdays) and asking them to help you set up your email/ find your username - I would advise going early to both of these as they can get busy.
