autism friendly massage/beauty places ??

hii i’m an AuDHD person and i’ve been considering getting a professional massage - i get a ton of tension in my shoulders and my traps. but i am super nervous about new places and socialising, and i can be very sensitive to certain lighting. i’m based in Greater Manchester and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for places that might be suitable for or accommodate to autistic needs :smile:

I'm not in Manchester but my partner has some sensory and anxiety issues and every massage/spa place we've ever been has been super accommodating. You generally get a chance to list or have a chat about anything first. For the most part these places are set up to be as nice on the senses as possible, soft lights, warm or cool tones, sound proof treatment rooms etc.
