UCAS Fees status

I am an Indian citizen but have lived in the Uk all my life and have indefinite leave to remain. My questions are :
1. on ucas , is Indefinite leave to remain the same as a „settled dependant“

2. as someone with indefinite leave to remain, will I be considered an international or home applicant?
HI there,

If you have indefinite leave to remain and have been living in the UK for the last 3 years and will be ordinarily resident in the UK on the 1st day of the 1st academic year of your course you should be eligible for UK home funding.

Thanks, Drew

On UCAS if you have ILR then you have settled status (not settled dependent). See https://www.ukcisa.org.uk/Information--Advice/Fees-and-Money/England-HE-fee-status#layer-6085 definitions for more details about the terms used for fee statuses etc.

If a university classes you as overseas fees or requiring a visa then get in touch with them to send a sharecode proving your immigration status.
Hi there,

If you have any further questions you can ask us on this platform.
