is it possible to get a 9 in gcse art in my context?

i missed the majority of year 10 so i havent done a sketchbook during year 10.

currently im at a situation where drawing isnt very flexible for me since i have lots to cover for other subjects and topics ive missed out on.

the way my gcse art is structured out is that theres supposed to be 3 sketchbooks where 60% coursework (i think 2 of the sketchbooks but the 1 sketchbook is from year 10) sums up to the overall grade and 40% is from the exam board and sums up to the overall grade aswell. im afraid that i havent completely finished a sketchbook but i have to hand it in tomorrow as it is past the due date.

my sketchbook contains the following:
title page,
exam paper collage,
2 mindmaps (AOs and for theme: power),
general research,
specific research (but only contains one drawing...),
artist 1 (2 artists copies, no response),
artist 2 (2 copies, 1 response),
artist 3 (2 copies, no response),
ideas 1,2,3,
statement of intent,
evaluation.
final piece photos.
and all of my drawings have annotations as well as they are done in all mediums possible (pencil, biro, watercolour, colouring pencils, acrylic, poly print)

im rather confident that my art skills are good enough for it to be atleast a grade 8, however gcse art prefers quantity over quality if im correct? once i showed my teacher my sketchbook she said it could potentially get me a grade 7 but im pretty sure what she really means is that i need to draw more inorder to reach that grade. having this sketchbook be possibly a grade 7 as a 60% of my overall grade, does this mean whatever i do for my 40% i might not be able to get a grade 9? i honestly dont know how to phrase this but ive done so little for my 60% compared to other classmates i fear that i might end up getting a grade 6. if i were to score a grade 7 again for my 40% would that make my overall grade a 7 too? to be honest i really hope thats not the case and i just dont know how art is graded.

if you know how a sketchbook is graded a word would be helpful

If you've only done one sketchbook, then I am not sure it's possible to get a grade 9. They prefer quantity over quality most of the time. (Coming from someone who got a grade 9 - they really want quantity AND quality)
