Tenancy takeover at KCL City for Non-en-suite asap

Hi all,

I’m looking to transfer my current King’s student accommodation.☺️

Location: Urbanest City
Room type: Non-ensuite
Rent: £315 per week include all bills
Availability: From February 1st to September 6th

This place is in an amazing location – just a 5-minute walk to Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations. The room has a beautiful view of The Shard, and the building is incredibly secure with 24/7 security who also help with parcel collection.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and more. There’s also a very comfortable communal study area, as well as great facilities like an open cinema and a pool table for you to enjoy. Plus, within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find Tesco and Sainsbury’s for all your shopping needs.

The accommodation is very new, and my flatmates are all lovely and friendly. I’m only moving out because I want to switch to a studio, but I hope to find someone who can be a great fit for the flat and help keep this cozy little home clean and welcoming!
