Constant Leaks in Uni Accommodation
A few times a month, at least one room in my flat (6 people) has a leak. It normally affects the corridors and floors of our rooms. Tonight, it was my turn for the leak to happen to me.

I would say that this is not normal no. I would recommend telling maintenance team at your university that you are having these issues so that they can hopefully sort it out.
