Chance of getting into AAB course with BBB predicted

So I’ve already sent off my ucas, and I’ve applied to Nottingham History which has entry requirements of AAB with an A in history. I’m eligible for the ABB contextual offer, but I’m just wondering about the chances of me actually getting an offer with BBB predicted? I realise it was an aspirational choice so I won’t be too disappointed if I get rejected as I have 3 other ‘safer’ choices, but I just want to see if there’s a chance of an offer, or if it’s just going to be an automatic rejection cuz of my PGs

I can only talk about my son’s predictions and offers. He applied for 4 Unis that wanted significantly higher grades than he was predicted. He has got 4 offers. So i would say a pretty good chance!

Depends on the uni and the course. Not sure about Nottingham but history courses generally aren't that competitive so you might still get offered. If not there's always a chance it could be in clearing as well.
I applied to courses with higher requirements than my PGs, I got 2 offers so far and waiting on 3 more! I believe it’s possible good luck x

Hi @generous-leaflet,

It really depends on a lot of factors, so it is hard to say. I would argue that it may be useful to contact the admissions team in order to seek additional information. You may fill in the following form to get in touch with them: Enquiry Form UoN.

Best of luck,
Abian.
