HVTSP UK applicants

I'm a year 11 student living in the UK and was wondering if anyone else has applied to the Harvard Ventures-TECH Summer Program (HVTSP) as an international student? I'm unsure of how this works -- is it a first come first served basis? And how are scholarships given? If anyone from the UK has applied or got in please reply to this and let me know how you did it, thank you so much <3

I'm in Year 12, I applied a while back and I got the email that inviting me to do the interview just today. It is first come first served, and they'll consider who to give scholarships if you pass the interview round I guess!
I've got to ask, how did you find out about HVTSP in year 11?!

I got an email saying I was identified as being a strong fit / was referred or nominated. ( I’m in Year 13)
If I do apply and I’m selected, is there accommodation provided ???

I ended up getting a $3500 scholarship for it, still unsure if I want to pay the other 950 quid. Also it's all online so you don't need accomodation
