I'm sure they're both good in terms of teaching they're top universities, but as its a course with no specific career pathways bar a few very niche ones I wouldn't get too caught up on what's "best", its futile and totally dependent on the person. Although I don't really see the point in a 4 year degree just for the sake of it, presuming you're English.
