Girlfriend stressed about ALevels - what do I do? AITA?

evening people of tsr...

My girlfriend and I are currently doing A Levels. She's really stressed about our first round of mock exams. I'm doing everything that I can to help her, and when she called me this evening most of her answers were either 'I don't know, lemonadecrisis' or snapping at me.

All I was doing was reassuring her that everything will be okay, and that mock exams don't define her. I was speaking in the most comforting voice I could without being condescending.

My suggestions were:
- How can I support you right now?
' I don't know, lemonadecrisis.'

- Have you taken a break from revising in the last couple hours?
' I can't, I have too much to do.'

- Have you eaten and drank properly today?
'Probably.'

- What's the most important thing you think you need to do for law, do you want me to try to help you go over it?
' I don't know - stop asking me questions!'

Today's been a hard day for me too - I had a panic attack and walked out of my English Lit mock and am struggling to get ALN support for my undiagnosed ADHD.

What do you think I should do? does anyone else have any suggestions about how I should comfort her?

Just give her a break, stop messaging her or send her a message a day just letting her know that you're there for her if she needs you and that she's got this. You're putting more stress and pressure on yourself by worrying about her, I know it's hard but it's the best thing to do rn.
