Can my mcgill offer be revoked if my final grade is lower than my predicted? (IB)

I'm currently taking the IB and I applied for a commerce degree in Mcgill. I didn't receive any offers or rejection emails yet but I was wondering what would happen if my final grade dropped from my predicted.

Most people have said that it doesnt really matter if your OVERALL grade drops so long as you get your diploma, but I'm more worried about the specific subject grade requirement.

The commerce degree's only requirement is to have at least a 6 in math aa SL which is my predicted grade rn, but I've been struggling to maintain it - I've gotten 5s and 4s in a lot of my recent tests and a 4 for the first draft of my IA. I really don't think I'll be able to get a 6 on my final...
