ual portfolio email

I haven’t received my portfolio request email yet from lcf but my friend has and she only applied today whereas i applied last week. Does this mean I’ve been rejected off my personal statement alone? or do they just not tend to do things in order?

hi!! i was the same i thought they would send a portfolio request email to me but they never did. i suddenly got an email 2 days before it was due saying i still need to hand it a portfolio, i was so shocked. but in the email it said i should go on the portal and upload it there so i suggest you should look on your portal account too and see if you can still send yours in! or probably contact the university if you're not sure

oh wow that’s so odd maybe it is that then. on the ual portal at the moment i can’t see a way to submit it through there as i think we do its through pebble pad
was yours ual?

ohh oops yeah i forgot about pebble pad 😖 i meant that not the portal!!!! have you checked pebble pad? and yes i applied to ual as well! sorry for the misinformation

i just checked my portfolio email from them and it said "Remember, we've already created a Pebble account for you to use..." so maybe you already have one (if you haven't tried)? I didn't know i had one until that email, but if you haven't tried it says the username is the same as your UAL student id and the password is your date of birth in (DD/MM/YYYY)

oh so your portal username and birth date hadn't work when trying to log in to https://ual.pebblepad.co.uk/login/ual ?? all i can say now is contact the uni and ask them about this!! but i hope this isn't something to worry about sorry if i hadn't helped much

Hello maybe try calling the university because everyone I knew that applied to UAL got an email rlly fast within two days after sending their application can I also ask what course u applied to
