I genuinely think that year 13 physics may be the death of me why was I even worried about year 12?? I always complain about how difficult is but at the same time I wouldn't ever change subjects. What year are you in ?

Shm is somewhat alright and circular motion once you get the hang of it. Everything else in fm2 is just so long

It can be, but even the com stuff you mentioned is really just doing some weighted averages of moments for (relatively) simple shapes. So its the usual of thinking about what the rough approach is at the start, and not getting too bogged down by the details, then doing algebra/numbers and check youve not made any typo howlers. Probably more tedious than hard?
