Free Parking

So one of my top choices is Royal Holloway.
The issue is, I really wanted to live at their beautiful accommodation for at least one year but they unfortunately don't allow Halls students to have a parking permit

It is absolutely crucial for me to bring my car with me as I need to commute and don't have anyone to leave my car with.

Does anyone know anywhere to park near them for free?
