York or Aberdeen law

I have unconditional offers to the law courses for both law and Aberdeen and am looking to accept one as my insurance choice. I’ve looked at and visited both and I would honestly be happy to go to either as they have similar levels of extracurricular activity, living style and course. For me a major appeal of York is its pbl structure and a 3 year course instead of four, as well as its Russell group status. For Aberdeen, I like that I can study a combined degree in English and Scot’s law which offers me the insurance career option of being able to qualify to work near my family (in Edinburgh). Additionally I don’t have to pay tuition for Scotland, although it would mean an extra year of living expense due to the longer course. I’m wondering off anyone had any insight into this decision, especially regarding the significance of the prestige of one vs the other. (Extra information:
-I aim to work in England, specifically London, where I have some family
-For my first choice I have applied to the Lnat universities UCL, KCL and Glasgow common law, so would also appreciate insight on how those compare to eachother, especially England vs Scotland with the goal of qualifying in England)

Thanks in advance

You have your grades? So any offer made would be unconditional. You are left with only one choice, the firm choice and you would be unconditionally accepted.
Perhaps you could first prioritise your selection criteria, combined common (English) law-Scott law (Aberdeen) vs purely common (English) law (UCL, KCL, Glasgow and York), free tuition, ranking etc. You are not required to decide until June.

I don’t have my full grades- I’m applying from Scotland so have 5 highers (from last year) and am studying for 3 advanced highers this year, which the more competitive universities are conditional on 🙂 but thanks for the advice, I’ll definitely try looking at it that way
