ADHD in college
I have undiagnosed adhd and it has occurred to be a problem with me for years but never done anything about it. Everyone else I know has also picked up on it. In college I don’t retain any information from the lectures, can’t pay attention and I’m already getting overwhelmed about exams

Speak to someone in student support at your college. Support in college is needs led not diagnosis led so things can be put in place in class and/or in exams to help you if you need accommodations. Consider getting an ADHD referral if possible.
