Which universities should I apply to

Hello, I got the grades BCD at a level, I’m wondering the best unis I can get into with these grades + contextual offer.

I’m thinking of doing a business related course

Thanks

Hi there!

I recommend checking out LJMU for some different Business course options (links to all of our business course options below):
Business, management and marketing - courses | Liverpool John Moores University

LJMU offers entry through UCAS points as well as grades, with the average points for entry on these courses being 112-128. Your grades would give you 96 points, so you would just miss entry to the 3 year courses, unless you have any other qualifications that give you UCAS points (you can check these on UCAS points calculator).

We offer Foundation years for all of our business courses, which are 4 years and have lower entry requirements of 72 points, which you are well above!

Hope this helps!

Go for a degree with a Foundation year at a Uni with a good reputation for Business like
BSc Business and Management with Foundation - 2025/26
Business Studies with Foundation Year BSc | University of Leeds
This is a better long-term option than a 3-year course at a 'lower grade' Uni.

Hi there,

First of all congratulations on your grades! Well done🙂

Our business school is great and we do also offer foundation courses if needed. Our Business, management and marketing undergraduate courses are ranked 1st in the North West for teaching quality (The Times Good University Guide 2023). You could also spend a year in industry and gain experience working for a sector-leading company before you graduate. We also run an exchange programme with worldwide university partners.

Connecting with industry is important which is shown by previous students having gone on placements with high profile employers including Adidas, BAE, British Airways, Disney, IBM, KPMG, L’Oreal, PwC and Universal Studios. To find out more about the courses we offer, the requirements and how to apply visit here: School of Business - UCLan

Hope this helps and you find the perfect uni for you 🙂
