Second Degree Exceptions

Hi, I'm interested in applying for FdSC in hearing care audiology as a second 'course' (it's not a degree, obviously) is it on the list of exceptions (it's at South Devon College) or BSc Audiology (Southampton) OR BA psychology (anywhere or online) for second degree funding. I had funding 30+ years ago for Undergrad English degree (BA Hons) and a maintenance loan (I think!). Do any of the above come under exceptions? NHS bursary does't seem to cover psych or audiology but I'm hoping SFE will pay tuition and maintenance. Anyone advise from SFE??? Many thanks.

Thank you for this, Clare. Looks like audiology not covered in any regard FdSc or BA etc.

Could you confirm whether an MA in Psychology (conversion, online or in person) is covered by any other second degree 'rules' - or an undergrad in Psychology? As there is a lot of conflicting information online.
Hi TraineeAud,

Psychology is an exception to previous study and equal level qualification rules, only if it is part time.

Thanks, Clare
